[~francisguchie]  Yes have experienced this with respect savings related jobs.

As you have mentioned on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-894

We can use the method of completing the job for all loans (where the positive 
cases loans can get processed and let the system show the failed loans list at 
the end of the job)
