Janos Haber updated FINERACT-1954:
----------------------------------
    Description:
When an installment fee was waived and the associated repayment schedule due
date was used as the transaction date of the “Waive charge” loan transaction,
even if the repayment due date was in the future yet.

This behaviour is wrong, we cannot have future date transactions

*Acceptance criteria*
 * When an installment fee got waived and the associated repayment schedule due
date is in the future, use the actual business date as the transaction date
 * if not, use the repayment due date
