[~bgowda] I was able to do it at my end (locally tested). Both uploading or 
capturing image.

Can you please provide more information, including the content of the "errors" 
array?

However i can imagine if the base directory structure does not exist or the 
fineract does not have the proper permission to create new directory or upload 
file might be an issue.
