Steps to reproduce:
* Create a progressive (vertical) loan product (eg: attached)
* Create > approve > disburse a loan account of the above
* try to pre-pay loan
* calculated prepayment amount doesn't pay off the loan
Expected:
* loan gets paid off and closed with obligations met
Actual:
* loan balance remains >0
