Description
It doesn't allow rescheduling. For example, issues would need to be addressed
regarding how rescheduling works with loans that have outstanding penalties.
We have a loan with the first payment due on September 15th and the last on
August 3rd.
The client has missed some payments, and it's now December 4th. They owe seven
installments to date, and penalties have been calculated on the overdue
payments. We've rescheduled the loan so that the first payment is now due on
December 22nd. How can we forgive the late fees, or is it possible to schedule
payments with the outstanding fees and track that separately
