I've pushed the fixes for the requested changes: Logic Fix: Disbursement charges are now correctly added to the feeChargesDue of the first repayment period in ProgressiveLoanScheduleGenerator, ensuring they appear on the schedule and are fully payable. Build Fix: Added the missing Apache license header to fineract-provider/build.gradle to resolve the RAT verification failure. Local tests are passing.
