Configuring repayment start date type is allowed originally on the loan product
only.
Since this configuration was not copied during the loan application, changing
its value on the loan product, retro-actively were affecting all existing loans
too, which is unwanted.
Lets allow to:
* Override repayment start date type during loan creation
* Store its value on the loan level to avoid above issue
