*Acceptance Criteria*
# When Sale of a loan happens, the remaining balance deferred income should be
immediately recognized on the date of sale
# No changes in accounting entries (however added the Gl entries below for
reference
# This behaviour is applicable for both Capitalized income and BuyDown fees
deferred Incomes
# Once the full balance is recongnized there is no reversal or changes even
when the buyback of loan happens
