When creating a new Group or Center, the External ID field is optional and can
be provided manually. However, when the External ID is left null, the system
should automatically generate a unique External ID.
*Expected Behavior:*
If the External ID is not provided during creation, the system should generate
a unique value automatically before saving the Group or Center.
*Actual Behavior:*
When the External ID is left null, the system does not generate a value
automatically.
