*Issue Description:*
Users are currently unable to create new saving products or edit existing
saving products under the Saving Accounts module.
*Expected Behavior:*
Users should be able to successfully create and update saving products with the
required fields and save the changes.
*Actual Behavior:*
The system prevents saving product creation and modification, causing the
operation to fail.
