Description:
**Issue:** Income from Charge selection is not retained when editing a charge,
and some items disappear from the list.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new charge.
2. Set **Charge Applies To** to **Client**.
3. Open the **Income from Charge** list.
4. Select an item.
5. Save the charge.
6. Edit the created charge.
7. Check the **Income from Charge** field.
8. Open the **Income from Charge** list again.
Actual Result
* When editing the created charge, the selected **Income from Charge** is not
displayed.
* When opening the **Income from Charge** list again, some previously available
items have disappeared.
Expected Result
* The selected **Income from Charge** should be displayed when editing the
charge.
* The **Income from Charge** list should consistently display all available
items.
* Saving or editing a charge should not cause items to disappear from the list.
