Hi maintainers, Thanks for reviewing this PR. I investigated the maker-checker rejection flow and found that the UI was calling the DELETE endpoint, which removed the audit entry instead of recording a rejection. This PR updates the flow to use the reject command endpoint and adds a regression test to prevent the issue from coming back.
