an open-source workflow for detecting and extracting hardcoded UI content from

run a dry-run on one small feature directory, such as `centers` or `security`,
and share the detected strings and proposed diff here before preparing a PR?

Hi, we have strict license policy at asf level. You can consider reaching
out fineract dev list. Because third party workflows have something that needs
explicit approval from asf infra. (Infrastructure actions repo) Which only
allow approved workflows to be run.
If it is a custom script you can create for this specific repo (without
pointing to any third party checkout) you can create Pr we can review it.
