Adam Saghy created FINERACT-2813:
------------------------------------

Summary: Allow to exclude transactions by type from investor
accounting
                 Key: FINERACT-2813
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2813
             Project: Apache Fineract
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 1.15.0
            Reporter: Adam Saghy
            Assignee: Adam Saghy

Buy down fee (one example income should be allowed to configure whether belongs
to the originator or to the investor who purchased the loan. Today the investor
module tags every journal entry and every loan transaction event of an
externally owned loan to the current external asset owner, purely based on the
existence of an active loan ↔ owner mapping. Transaction type is not taken into
account.

As a consequence, in a multi-capture flow the buy down fee that arrives after
the asset has been sold - and its amortization - is reported and booked under
investor activity instead of the originator's own trial balance.

*Acceptance criteria*
 - Based on transaction type we should allow excluding transactions, like Buy
down fee and - amortization
