Allow to shift maturity date by 1 day in case of 29 February disbursed, 1 year
length loan:
- Due to compliance and legal reasons it might be a requirement of a market to
ensure the 12 months Loan is not shorter than 1 year.
Most of the time it is ensured, but if loan was disbursed on 29 February (leap
year) + 12 months falls on 28 February (next year), but it might be considered
1 day shorter than it should.
*Acceptance criteria*
- Add Loan product strategy option to handle this situation by shifting
maturity date by 1
