## What and why
Fixes the scheduler jobs table text truncation issue in #581. The
`.truncate-text` styling previously imposed a hardcoded `200px` maximum width,
causing long job names to be truncated even when additional column space was
available. This change makes truncation respect the actual column width and
gives narrow columns explicit widths.
Closes #581
## Verification

- `npm run test:unit` ✅ — 1527/1527 tests passed
- `npm run build` ✅
- Mocked Playwright scheduler jobs spec ✅ — 3/3 passed
- UI verification performed at 1440×900 using the existing mocked Playwright
workflow.
- Before/after visual verification confirms that `Transfer Fee For Loans
From Savings` and `Update Accounting Running Balances` now use the available
`Display Name` column width instead of being prematurely truncated.
