Plan: add an offline-build job to .github/workflows/ci.yml that runs npm ci with network, then npm run build -- --configuration production inside docker run --network none (against node:24-alpine, matching deploy/Dockerfile) — safer than unshare -rn given the open question about user-namespace restrictions on ubuntu-latest's current image. I'll verify it catches a regression by temporarily restoring a Google Fonts <link> in src/index.html and confirming the job goes red, then document it in DOCS/CI_CHECKS.md.
