Foo Developer created FINERACT-2874:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Entity Data Table Checks – Newly created data table (Loan
Product / m_product_loan) does not appear in the Data Table dropdown
                 Key: FINERACT-2874
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2874
             Project: Apache Fineract
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Data Tables
            Reporter: Foo Developer
            Assignee: Foo Developer

Summary
A new data table was created in Admin > System > Manage Data Tables for the
Loan Product entity (m_product_loan) and saved successfully. It doesn't appear
in the Data Table dropdown when creating an Entity Data Table Check for Entity
= Loan Product. The dropdown is empty, so the check can't be created.

Environment
CBS Portal DEV (lms-core-banking-portal-dev.foo-apps.com)

Logged in as Admin

Steps to Reproduce
Go to Admin > System > Manage Data Tables and click Create Data Table.

Enter Data Table Name test, choose Entity Type Loan Product, and leave Multi
Row unchecked.

Click Add Columns, add column name (Type String, Length 30), then click Submit.

The data table test is created (Associated With: m_product_loan) and shows in
the Manage Data Tables list.

Go to Admin > Organization > Entity Data Table Checks and click Create.

Choose Entity Loan Product and Status CREATE.

Open the Data Table dropdown.

Actual Result
The Data Table dropdown has no options. The newly created table test isn't
listed.

The field shows the validation message "Data Table is required", and Submit
stays disabled.

The user can't create an entity data table check for the new Loan Product data
table.

Expected Result
The Data Table dropdown lists every registered data table associated with the
selected entity. For Entity = Loan Product, that includes test (m_product_loan).

The user can choose it, pick a status, and submit the Entity Data Table Check.
