Migrate legacy `{*}PaymentTypeIntegrationTest{*}` from deprecated RestAssured
setup to the type-safe Feign client API.
- Remove unnecessary RestAssured RequestSpecification/ResponseSpecification and
login calls.
- Move the test to the `{*}org.apache.fineract.integrationtests.client{*}`
package.
- Use type-safe Feign client endpoints and models.
