Thanks @adamsaghy, all addressed in the last commit:
- Duplicate-username create now asserts 403 again.
- Boolean column checks now require a real JSON boolean
(BooleanNode.TRUE/FALSE), so missing or null fails.
- Delete-datatable-entry checks compare clientId/groupId/savingsId/loanId
again. The server already returns these, so I added them to
DeleteDataTablesDatatableAppTableIdResponse (additive).
- Step-order updates assert exactly 204 again.
