## What happens
**Campaigns → Email Messages** (`/campaigns/email-messages`), Messages tab,
with no messages:

The column headers run together into one unstyled line. There's no grid, no
header row and no "No records found." message, and the browser tab title is
just `Fineract`. The Pending, Sent and Failed tabs are built the same way.
## Cause
All four tables in `email-messages.component.ts` use the **element** form of
the CDK table:

```
The app's table styles in `src/styles/_common.scss` only target the
**native** form (`table[cdk-table]`, `tr[cdk-header-row]`, `td`, …). Every
other list uses that form. The custom elements get `display: inline` and no
layout, so the cells collapse into a single text run.
`src/app/features/spm/survey-responses/survey-responses.component.ts` uses
the same element form and will render the same way once it has data.
Also on this screen:
- The `email-messages` route in `campaigns.routes.ts` has no `title`, so the
tab reads `Fineract` while every neighbouring route has its own.
- The `ID`, `Status` and `Actions` headers are hard-coded English rather
than translation keys.
- The delete action is a bare `🗑` glyph with a `title` but no `aria-label`.
## Fix
- Switch both components to `<table cdk-table>`, `<th cdk-header-cell>`,
`<td cdk-cell>` and `<tr cdk-header-row>` / `<tr cdk-row>`. That's a mechanical
swap that picks up the shared styles, including the mobile card layout.
- Add an empty state matching the other lists.
- Add a route `title` and translation keys for the three headers.
## Steps
1. Sign in, then **Campaigns → Email Messages**.
2. The Messages tab shows `IDToSubjectStatusActions`.
