   Follow-up that supports the time-window explanation: later the same morning, 
once the tenant's date had rolled over to 16 Oct, the same form saved with its 
default dates (client created, `submittedOnDate` "16 October 2026"), and a 
savings deposit defaulted to 2026-10-16 was accepted.
