Repayment of a taxed instalment fee for several instalments fails with
"Meltdown in advanced accounting"
When one transaction pays a taxed loan charge in several rows (e.g. an
instalment fee for two instalments), the repayment fails with HTTP 403 Meltdown
in advanced accounting ... sum of all charges is not equal to the fee charge
for a transaction. LoanCommonAccountingHelper#computeNetChargePayments
subtracts the charge's whole tax from each row, so with two rows the tax is
subtracted twice.
*Example:* instalment fee 50.00 with 10% tax, loan in two instalments, one
repayment covering both. The fee income nets to 80.00 instead of 90.00.
*Proposed fix:* merge each taxed charge's rows before subtracting its tax.
Introduced with FINERACT-1289. Still present on develop.
