## Description When importing Excel files via bulk import handlers (such as `ClientPersonImportHandler`), cells containing formulas evaluating to strings or empty strings (e.g. `="2023-01-01"` or `=""`) caused `java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot get a NUMERIC value from a STRING formula cell` because `ImportHandlerUtils.readAsDate` called `c.getDateCellValue()` directly on formula cells. This PR: - Evaluates formula cells in `ImportHandlerUtils.readAsDate`, supporting numeric dates and parsing string date values or handling empty string formulas gracefully. - Adds safe handling for formula evaluation result types across other helper methods (`readAsString`, `readAsLong`, `readAsInt`, `readAsDouble`, `readAsBoolean`). - Adds unit test suite in `ImportHandlerUtilsTest` covering all cell types and formula scenarios. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
