The failure in **MariaDB Tests (Shard 9 of 15)** was caused by a transient
Maven Central rate-limiting issue (`HTTP 429 Too Many Requests`) while
downloading the JaCoCo agent jar, rather than an actual test failure:
Could a committer please trigger a re-run of the failed job when convenient?
