## What and why Inset shared list-card headers to match the card content. On desktop, keep the title and primary actions on one row; below the existing mobile breakpoint, stack them with space between them. This fixes the title and Create Client button sitting against the card edge on `/clients` and applies to other lists using `DataTableComponent`. Partial #750: this covers shared header padding and title/action layout. The separately bordered Status filter remains outside this fix; this PR does not close the issue. ## Verification - Current-main mocked reproduction failed with a 0px title inset against the existing 16px content inset. - 317 application test files / 2633 tests passed in UTC, plus 2 MFE tests. - 6 mocked browser cases passed at 1440×900 and 390×844: projected Clients actions, built-in Centers create action, title-only reader headers, in-card geometry, no horizontal page overflow, and keyboard navigation to creation pages. - Lint, format, production build, i18n/icons/a11y/template/UI checks, E2E types, API surface, license and GA checks passed. Existing six unrelated lint warnings, header style-budget warning and adapter advisory remain. - Synthetic request mocks only. No live backend, full/non-English browser suite, timezone rerun, local offline/container build or generated-client regeneration was run. No dependency, generated API, permissions or suppression changes. ## Screenshots Desktop: Phone: ## AI assistance Codex assisted with the implementation and local Vitest/Playwright verification. ## Checklist - [x] Generated API files were not hand-edited. - [x] Existing adapter/UI boundaries and translation keys are retained. - [x] Browser regression coverage exercises both primary-action paths and title-only state. - [x] UI layout uses mocked requests; real-backend testing is not needed for this CSS-only fix. - [x] Commits are signed. - [x] AI-assisted contribution guidance followed; this is a bug fix, not a new workflow proposal. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
