@adamsaghy I've updated the PR, sorry for the delay, the latest change we
found an issue related to:

From the re-age runs, out of scope but worth knowing: on a loan with
interest recalculation, a re-age with the default interest handling done after
the original maturity date leaves the re-aged installments without interest
(the balance is already zero after the first re-aged installment). It is not a
semi-monthly issue, a plain monthly loan shows the same, and it is on develop
today; re-aging before maturity is correct. Reproduced at engine level with
`ProgressiveEMICalculator#updateModelRepaymentPeriodsDuringReAge` after
`recalculateModelOverdueAmountsTillDate`; the cause is in how the balance
corrections of the overdue periods are moved when no period contains the
transaction date. Opened as
[FINERACT-3016](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-3016) with the
reproduction. The re-age tests in this PR re-age before maturity.
