As part of the ongoing FSIP-5 architectural initiative to modernize Fineract's
write pipeline from legacy reflection-based JsonCommand /
PortfolioCommandSourceWritePlatformService to typed command processing:
Migrate the GLClosure (accounting closures) feature to the typed command
infrastructure in fineract-command:
- Add request and response DTOs with validation under
org.apache.fineract.accounting.closure.data
- Implement typed Command<Request> subclasses under
org.apache.fineract.accounting.closure.command
- Implement CommandHandler<Request, Response> handlers under
org.apache.fineract.accounting.closure.handler
- Refactor GLClosuresApiResource to inject CommandDispatcher and return
dispatcher.dispatch(command).get()
- Refactor GLClosureWritePlatformService to accept typed request DTOs
- Remove legacy NewCommandSourceHandler classes and manual JSON deserialization
