Someone posted a nice skin that accommodates different mobile environments in
the Adobe Bugbase: https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3633422
I've adopted that approach, but I have to wonder if it's better to move the
Actionbar down or make it taller. Too soon to tell at this point I guess.
