Starting off with English is a good start :-) We can ask on the list for help
with translation, but for something as simple as the word "Back" it may be good
enough to run through google translates and then ask on the list if the
translation is correct.
The licence tick issue isn't a big issue just as long as it stops the user from
progressing without all of the checkboxes ticked. Not remembering the checkboxs
is a minor inconvenience for a user and causes no errors. Currently you can do
that by hitting back and then next twice from the licensing page. You may also
want to check if it works correctly with the non Flex SDKs e.g. FlexJS. Re the
legacy stuff vs non legacy stuff ask on the dev list Alex should be able to
help there.
