If a charts initStyles method in the series files cannot find it's style
declaration, it doesn't stop or having anything to fall back on. The other
methods in the charts do not perform null checks on the missing styles and
cause RTE's.
This affects: Pie, Line, Area, Bar, Plot, Bubbles, Candlestick, Column, HLOC
charts.
