Implement the compiler option for parameter "html-template"
the default value is "templates/js-index-template.html" as it lives in the main
dist folder.
This option should be able to override the default js index.html template for a
new one provided by the developer that allows introduce changes in the main
html like add new CSS files or other things.
This is important to start trying to change the styles in flexjs and see how we
can test different styles like MDL, Bootstrap and other libraries out there.
