Yishay Weiss commented on FLEX-35263:
-------------------------------------

Wouldn't it be better to time the call to layout so it doesn't get called
unless the children have been added?

> [FlexJS] Layout Does Not Reset ContentView Width After Elements Removed (HTML

>                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-35263
>             Project: Apache Flex
>          Issue Type: Bug
>          Components: FlexJS
> Affects Versions: Apache FlexJS 0.8.0
>            Reporter: Yishay Weiss
>
> In this app:
> https://paste.apache.org/EiP5
> Aftrer clicking 'Remove' you still see scrollbars on mainGuy.
> The problem is fixed if in BaicLayout we replace
>                 if (!hasWidth && n > 0 && !isNaN(maxWidth)) {
> with
>                 if (!hasWidth && !isNaN(maxWidth)) {
> But I'm not sure that doesn't break anything.
