Maven FlexJS build allows us to create "distribution" package which in theory
should be usable in IDE like Moonshine, VSCode.
We can point in those IDEs to "distribution" FlexJS package, but it will be
helpful only for code completion/intelliSense - we are not able to build
project with this folder. We have to additionally set up in our environment to
FALCON_HOME.
This jira improvement has been created for specifying what is missing in Maven
"distribution" and track process of fixing.
