Summary: FlexJS tooltip default location is not ideal

The default location of the tooltip (bottom right) is not ideal for all
application as:
- with two components side by side it look like it attached to the second one
- for components on the right handmade and bottom tool tip is off screen
Add a simple position attribute to place the tooltip.
