Glad to have one more confirmation that my fixes, are working! :)
Issue which you have pointed occurs only on Flex SDK 4.16, but I will check
soon on Windows 7 whether it occurs there to have whole picture of that.
Previous versions (4.15 and earlier) should not have any problem with download.
