Fix Version/s: Apache Flex 4.16.1
Hi [~born2net],
I was able to finally resolve that issue. With SDK 4.16.1 and Installer 3.3 you
will be able to download Adobe Air on Windows without the problem. Release is
almost out [1] in the meantime you can try RC2 candidate which is available in
the installer. More in the comments @FLEX-35295
