Nice to see the progress here :+1: I would like to take a closer look at
your work in the next days.
There is an issue with the `dill` library which is included in the python
api. It's released under the 3-clause BSD license and all its files have been
prepended with the Apache license..
Perhaps we can load this library via the python `pip` package manager and
not distribute it directly.
