Resolution: Duplicate
This is not a compilation issue; the problem is that one of the tests cannot
succeed on Windows, as described in Flink-5659.
To compile Flink on windows you have to skip the test execution by adding
{{-DskipTests}} to your maven call, i.e {{mvn clean package -DskipTests}}.
