[FLINK-7366][kinesis connector] Upgrade kinesis-producer-library in
flink-connector-kinesis from 0.10.2 to 0.12.5
## What is the purpose of the change
Upgrade kinesis-producer-library in flink-connector-kinesis from 0.10.2 to
0.12.5.
0.10.2 is released in Nov 2015, which is a bit old.

This change is already covered by existing tests
