@rmetzger : I think I found the cause of the random kafka issues, it was
swallowed nul-lpointer exceptions which somehow led to this error, good to know
@StephanEwen : I implemented some of the points that you have raised, now
one can mix partitioned, non-partitioned and "Checkpointed state". (Although
state partitioning is not accessible from the API without the KeyedDataStream
yet)
