    @tzulitai , confirm.
    because the `FlinkKafkaConsumer011` extend from `FlinkKafkaConsumer010`  
and `Kafka010Fetcher` extend from  `Kafka09Fetcher`, for Kafka connector only 
need to fix Kafka08Fetcher and Kafka09Fetcher.
