Hi [~stevenz3wu], I think {{fullRestarts}} should be a {{Gauge}}, because the
actual value is stored within the {{ExecutionGraph}}. Therefore, there is no
need to introduce a new state variable to count the number of full restarts.
But maybe I don't fully understand the underlying problem.
