[FLINK-8704][tests] Port ClassLoaderITCase to flip6
Partially based on #5766.
## What is the purpose of the change
This PR ports the `ClassLoaderITCase` to flip6.
## Verifying this change
Run `ClassLoaderITCase` with flip6 enabled/disabled.
