The existing URLs have worked before (and have for a long time), there should
be no reason to change them.
To avoid this issue we sort all URLs in {{RestServerEndpoint#start}} with a
custom comparator. Maybe the comparator logic has a fault somewhere, i can't
come up with another explanation at the moment.
