[~zhangxinyu] Thanks for your idea, but I don't think that we should change the 
default log configuration. 
1. Flink can also handle batch jobs, which may not need "daily rolling log". 
2. From what I see in the description, it seems that the blob service will copy 
the log file multiple times and blob cache can't be used if you change the time 
interval, right?
