OK, @aljoscha This PR currently mainly proves that most of the source code
of flink-connector-kafka-0.11 is compatible with kafka client 2.0 (regardless
of the test cases that inherently have a risk of failure). Then, next, I will
refactor it so that it does not depend on flink-connector-kafka-0.11.
