Description:
This Jira tracks the removal of tests that start with "LegacyXXX" and covered
by a test named "XXX" and covering the same topic.
1. We already have {{JobRetrievalITCase}} and all test cases of
{{LegacyJobRetrievalITCase}} are covered. Just simply remove it.
