Hi, [~hequn8128] [~twalthr] I submitted the PR to move QueryConfig,
BatchQueryConfig, StreamQueryConfig and TableDescriptor to
flink-table-api-java. Please have a review when you are free.
I want to ask two questions
1. For {{class QueryConfig private[table] extends Serializable}} how to keep
the semantic of {{private[table]}} in java when migration...
2. Why put TableDescriptor in flink-table-api-java but Descriptor,
FormatDescriptor, ConnectorDescriptor etc. in flink-table-common, they are in
the same package but different module.
