Review comment:
True, it should be `PartitionInfo.getPartitions(topic)` and the adaptor has
to have the `defaultTopic`.
Maybe, we could pack `topicPartitionsMap` and `getPartitionsByTopic` logic
into `PartitionInfo` which would be one object belonging to
`FlinkKafkaProducer`.
